HR Administrator 9 Mth Contract ( Law Firm based in Wimbledon )
Maternity cover 9 month contract poss longer - immediate start...... Our client are looking for an experienced Administrator to join and support the team and getting involved with:- HR Admin / Recruitment / New Joiners/ Leavers / Payroll * Maintain the firms recruitment database, prepare interview paper work etc *Set up new joiners, create new employee files, arrange induction programmes and passes *To ensure leavers are taken of the firms system and the leaving the procedure *Liaise with training providers ,schedule training, arrange payment of invoices * Maintain the firms attendence records, the CPD database, to support the processing of the firms payroll and benefits administration * To work with the HR admin in ensuring the HR database and HR information management systems are managed effectively and kept up to date Other Admin duties: - * Monitoring post, emails, deali with basic internal / external queries, photocopying, organising couriers, sending out faxes, letters etc plus filing, record keeping and archiving *Drafting of correspondence *Diary management, booking meetings, conferenece rooms, refreshments, liaising with staff, checking all rooms prior to meetings *Organising travel arrangement *Requesting cheques, bank transfer, paying invoices when required Great working environment for busy profession HR Dept; very vared position if you enjoy organising and a good eye for detail, flexible and discreet, enjoy building relationships at all level. Interested? You will need to have proven experience working in the HR department within a law firm or professional services environment. IT skills - Mircrosoft Office applications Word, Excel, HR databases etc If you have the above experience within a similar role,ideally within a professional services environment then this could be the ideal position; 9 month contract possibly longer candidates on a working holiday visa also welcome to apply.
