An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join a Legal organisation and provide support to the Director General. This role is a contract for maternity cover which will involve a hand over period plus the maternity leave (approx 40 weeks). The role is based in the City and will pay up to £35k pro rata. Duties will include: * Diary management * Arranging travel * Arranging meetings and preparing documents * Taking and distributing minutes * Drafting and responding to correspondence as appropriate * Gate-keeping all telephone calls and emails * Large volume of typing Skills required include: * Previous experience at a senior level is essential * Excellent organisation skills * Excellent communication skills * Excellent IT and typing skills (min 55wpm) * Attention to detail * Flexible and calm mannered If you are looking for a contract position and can start in August please send your CV.
