Our new Customer Service Centre in Newcastle will pool knowledge and expertise across the Group, whilst increasing standardisation, realising efficiency savings and generating substantial revenues through delivering shared services to external customers. Job Title:InterimSub Contract Team Member Location: Newcastle Length of contract: 6 months Requirements As an experienced administrator with a proven record of registering, scanning, matching and processing large quantities of financial documents, you will be able to demonstrate great organisational abilities and accurate keying skills. Needless to say, you’re flexible, customer-focused and very enthusiastic, and you’re fully familiar with multicurrency ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Finally, some exposure to the construction sector and awareness of the Construction Industry Scheme would be useful but is by no means essential. Responsibilities Processing high volumes of financial transactions and associated documents along with the preparation of reports against some strict deadlines, you will play an important part in everything we do. From day to day, you will find yourself activating changes in vendor master data, registering, scanning and validating certificates, scheduling and processing payments, investigating and resolving queries, reconciling accounts, as well as providing wide-ranging support to internal and external customers. This will give you plenty of variety and considerable impact, so we need someone with the confidence to make an immediate difference.
