My Client has an excellent opportunity for an PMO Administrator to join them on a 9 month fix term contract were you will play a key role in assisting Programme/Project Managers in preparing Portfolio/Project PSRs, managing RAID logs, providing secretariat and administrative functions as well as assisting the PMO in the portfolio and resource plan and MI reporting. Your Key Responsibilities will consist of for providing support to the programme/project team Oversee daily project tasks, monitor and track progress of activities Review, collate, maintain and highlight changes to project/programme plans Maintain financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure Organise and facilitate project closure and ensure complete benefit analysis at the end of the project Assist in the production of regular MI, plans and forecasts, ensuring sufficient frequency, Comply with agreed methodology, standards, policies and procedures to produce a consistent high standard of documentation, and ensure strong governance, Assist in the reporting of PMO KPIs against SLAs with business partners.
