VOIP Project Coordinator / Planning Analyst
Contract Chester, VA Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Strong analytical and mathematical skills to collect, interpret data and problem solve. Intermediate knowledge of VoIP systems Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong problem-solving and partnership skills. Communications skills. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Project, etc Basic knowledge of project management methodologies Basic knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies Oral, written, and interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent detail orientation, with the ability to learn, follows and communicates policies and procedures correctly. 5 Years of related Experience. Description: Coordinates the collection of site VoIP data, collates the data into a service order and statement of work and coordinates the implementation of the new VoIP system through site acceptance. Under minimal supervision, performs moderately complex work assignments and problem resolution within a single system, process, or channel, which may include data collection, scheduling, planning, implementation and/or monitoring. Play a critical role in planning site VoIP installations to achieve service level and productivity performance goals. Responsibilities: Provides requirement/data gathering, analysis, and solution development to support VoIP installations. Collaborate with program managers, VoIP engineers, data network engineers, network security engineers, to establish detailed site plans for the installation of the Cisco Call Manager based system Experience in planning, scheduling, customer coordination and intraday management in a team based environment utilizing project management software Support development of real-time adherence and project management tools Support analysis of customer voice requirements Lead complex VoIP analysis to help answer site business questions and drive organizational performance. Updates and adjusts project schedules according to business needs. Generate accurate long term and/or short term forecast. Generate efficient plans, schedules, and service orders. Extract data from various databases and project management tools to provide in-depth analysis of VoIP solutions. Gathers information, analyzes voice trends and provides information to the team and the business. Education: College Graduate (experience considered in lieu of formal education)
