Badenoch & Clark are currently seeking a Finance Analysts for a maternity cover contract based in Brighton. This role is looking for someone with strong analytical and statistical skills with a proven record in a financial analytical environment. Responsibilities - * Produced detailed analysis and commentary of variances to forecasts, budget and prior year to support all reporting requirements. - Analyse and monitor variances against plan and prior year on a monthly basis to provide explanations to senior management and to help determine future projections. - Assist in the development of financial models and reports which assess and model the impact of business opportunities or Corporate restructures on the current and future financial results and Group strategic plans. - Accurately maintain, update and refine the Financial Planning Models using a variety of financial and non-financial data. Close and constant monitoring and analysis of any variances against plan and prior year will be required to help determine future projections. Requirements - - Qualified accountant - Strong analytical and statistical skills with a proven record in a financial analytical environment - Excel (Macro level) - Background in interpreting financial business data and complex statistical concepts to create a clear commentary on results.
