We are currently looking to hire for one of our clients. - Manage & ensure on-time delivery of customer purchase Description: orders per established Service Level agreements which includes: monitoring and auditing order accuracy in the FM Pro database tool; tracking all inbound product shipments associated to the customer's purchase order; and responding/acting on information provided by support teams. - Responsible for the tactical delivery and quality performance of assigned 3PL (Third Party Logistics) service providers. - Minimize/eliminate late purchase orders by expediting those orders at risk; resolving nonconforming product issues; resolving AMC floor issues on orders; and providing alternative solutions to meet delivery dates for assign customer accounts. - Provide delivery performance metrics utilizing the FM Pro database and the Client Data warehouse. - Provide order status via email/telephone/meetings to Management, Sales teams and Support groups. - As the internal liaison/SPOC for Sales teams and Support groups, uses professional concepts and company logistics policies to improve the delivery process, cost effectiveness and positively affect the customer experience. - Creates and manages metrics indicating quality and performance of customer accounts and 3rdparty partners. - This may also include inventory control. - Provides input to forecast of applicable expense and capital expenditures required for providing Customer Fulfillment Services. Required Skills: - Prior experience with FM Pro preferred - Strong understanding of business goals and objectives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic understanding of the Client manufacturing process. - Knowledge of various software and spreadsheet applications. - Strong project management skills. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Strong tactical execution skills. - Strong customer focus. - Experience managing customer accounts and third party service partners. - 2+ years of operational experience in sales/logistics operations or overseeing vendor relationships/contracts may substitute for Bachelor's degree.
