Immediate need for a PA who can mange multiple calendars, organize schedule-daily and weekly to do items and tasks, and who can review and balance a budget weekly. Everything is very straightforward. Highly prefer someone who has managed a calendar and been a personal assistant or completed personal assistant tasks. Need to be organized, well managed and intuitive. Start immediately. 5 to 10 hours per week to start.
