For this special External Sales assignment, the individual must possess the skills or certifications as defined by all the bullets listed below: • Complete and maintain certification in all phases of the External Sales department. • Must be a team player. The Sales prep process is a two person function. The associates will work with and take direction from experienced External Sales associates. • Indentify the parts going into the Sales by: serial numbers, part numbers, machine types, FRU numbers and MID numbers. Good eye sight and attention to detail is a must • Should possess excellent computer skills. All the parts are recorded into the computer by serial numbers. Any error could mean the loss of that part in the sale. • Must have working knowledge of all department operations. When not filling Sales the associate will be required to do support functions: building boxes for product, band strapping containers, sorting parts for future sales, cleaning, moving or staging parts that are on pallets (hand pallet jack) and any other support function as needed. • Should be able to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively. This will also require placing parts into shipping containers. Bending and reaching required. • Comply with the customers quality standards and audit all non-compliances. • Communicate all safety, quality and productivity issues to the team leader BR>The candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent, submit to a background check and drug screen.
