Manpower is seeking a highly motivated, take charge individual with a strong work ethic to work at our Clients Operations site in Marlborough, MA The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience and strong organizational skills. Job Description: In this position, you will be a key contact for the Endoscopy Division and will be responsible for optimizing an inventory process and creating a product inventory database by utilizing available technology. This job also requires coordination with internal departments, including Customer Education, Global Compliance, and Marketing. Responsibilities: • Develop an inventory management system to account for real-time, on-site inventory levels • Physically Inventory all product storage locations and reorganize • Create database with information utilizing scanner systems. • Coordinate and maintain a max/min system to ensure proper supply levels to accommodate the demand of the Endoscopy Business. • Develop and implement an electronic process for BSC Internal teams • Interface with the Quincy Distribution Center for ordering/shipping/receiving/replenishing and restocking demo product for all of Endoscopy Marketing. • Assist with the packing process while responding to all product related requests from Marketing, Customer Education, and R&E. • Document all processes and procedures. • Recognize cost benefit of utilizing product sent to Marlborough through the VIP Program. General Requirements: • Person must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast paced world of Marketing. Individual should be able to build long lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the Sales, Marketing, and BSC organization • Person who is detailed oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives ***Advanced level skills with Microsoft Excel*** Please note that this is very physical job. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ pounds, moving boxes on a daily basis and setting up new inventory process for demo products. Qualifications AA Degree preferred and 2-4 years of experience.
