We need to recover an small photo that is full spots from dirty, rusty and fungus. Also it lost most of its original color. You can still see the original color of the hair at the top of the head, and her skin at a part of her neck. What I want is someone that can recover this photo to something near that it was originally. Attached there is an low resolution photo so you know what are bidding for.
