Kforce Professional Staffing is looking for a Senior Loan Professor for a client, located in the SouthWestern Part of the Chicago Land area. The successful Sr. Loan Processor applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): 10+ years of stable and recent work history in mortgage processing field Expert knowledge and understanding of Conventional loan guidelines and regulations Knowledge of processing underwriting and/or closing procedures / federal lending regulations governing real estate lending Familiar with Encompass Loan Originations system (not mandatory) Familiar with Jumbo, Condo property approvals; and the self-employed borrower Familiar with the selling loans to the Second Market (Conventional / Jumbo Products) Expert knowledge and understanding of FHA rules, regulations, and HUD Guidelines Expert knowledge and understanding of Reverse Mortgages Recent 2011 / 2012 Government Processing experience is a plus Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage a pipeline of 30-50 plus loans / monthly Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks Flexibility to work extended hours during heavy workload periods
