Google maintains a web page with USPTO trademark applications at http://www.google.com/googlebooks/uspto-trademarks-recent-applications.html. (Further information can be found at http://www.uspto.gov/products/catalog/trademarks.jsp.) This PHP5 application should parse that page, and pull all the application data provided into a MySQL database. There should be easy configuration as to how to configure the details of where the database / table is, and to map the fields in the Google XML file to the corresponding table / field.
