We are looking for an Internet Marketing specialist such as Search Engine Optimisation specialist to partner with us. We would like to get our website/landing pages ranked on the first page of search engine results. We do not mind as to what methods are used to achieve this. We are due to setup a new business which provides luxury property finding services for clients. And we want to find these clients through SEO, so we will need to setup an SEO website and/or landing pages. We have all the keywords and we can also design and develop the website and/or landing pages and copy, but we need a partner to do the SEO. For each successful client, our pay will be a percentage of the property sales price, which the selling agent and/or the client will pay us. From this we can pay you 0.5% of the property sales price. So for example: For a USD1,000,000 property sale, you will earn USD5,000; For a USD2,000,000 property sale, you will earn USD10,000; For a USD5,000,000 property sale, you will earn USD25,000; etc. All payments to you will be through vworker. We can pay you this on every successful client we get. But we have minimal start-up capital, so we will only be able to pay you on a pay-per-successful-result basis. If you wish you can own and control the website/landing pages, including adding any analytics to monitor traffic. You can even take the initial phone calls from the prospective clients to verify each new client before transferring them onto us, and we will keep you updated on progress.
