Interim HRBP
An immediate requirement to partner a specific part of this forward thinking organisation, support with the development of the HR strategy and its implementation. The role covers all aspects of the HR remit from Resourcing, Employee Relations, Organisational Design & Development, Engagement and Reward. As well as your business partnering duties you will be heavily involved in a range of HR projects as the organisation look to drive excellence, efficiencies and proactivity in their HR offering. This role is 12 month fixed term contract and I'm looking for someone who has delivered a business partnering service within a commercial organisation. Character wise you will be professional with strong business acumen, be committed to your role and work as well as bring a sense of humour in to the workplace.
