Successful candidates will have 5 years experience of analysis in an Investment Bank and be expert in Case Modelling and experienced in other UML diagrams and techniques. Expert in VISIO and have exposure to TOAD/SQL ,XML and Messaging.In addition,knowledge of User Experience Tools and Tasks and HP Quality Centre highly desirable. The Role is to work within a team of Business Analysts and take responsibility for the delivery of the IT Analysis artefacts to quality,to plan and to budget.Perform detailed functional analysis (data,systems and interfaces) Support,design&development,systems testing and UAT - to act as owner of requirements within the IT Team. Understand Stakeholder needs and communicate to all stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Must be expert in writing functional requirements and Case Modelling and exposure and success working within a matrix organisation model. Exposure to AGILE and experience of working with offshore development teams and must be able to contribute to improvements through innovative solutions,approaches,products or services. Busines knowledge - Investment Banking in the operations/back-office area and Customer Reference Data - KYC/AML/Counterparty Fraud/MIFID/SSi's/Credit Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship management capabilities
