NRL OPPORTUNITY; Admin Assistant, Irvine. Our client currently has an urgent requirement for an experienced Administration Assistant to support a range of projects at Chemical manufacturing plant in Irvine. Key Duties. � Distribution, filing and archiving of all DPS produced documentation including correspondence and technical issued documentation � Control of vendor produced documentation from receipt, through the review processes up to approved final issue. � Identification and control of documentation received from clients. � Maintenance of document registers (computerised or manual) as required. � Involvement in departmental and project archiving processes. � Processing of staff timesheets. � Other document related processes (e.g. scanning) required by the Project Manager or Department Manager or implemented through the Supervisor Document Control The ideal candidate must have: � Minimum Qualifications 3 GCSE or equivalent, knowledge of SAP � Ability to identify document types and sources. � Ability to work with computer guidelines and to record data accurately on computerised system. � Ability to apply document distribution schedules and to copy and distribute documents in hard copy and/or electronically as required. � Ability to organise and audit filing systems in accordance with departmental or project filing and archiving requirements.
