PMO Analyst - AIFMD Financial Services/Regulatory Our client requires a PMO to lead, manage and deliver project office activity in compliance with their governance framework. An exeperience of working on an AIFMD (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive) project will be hugely beneficial. You must have a proven track record of successful delivery on complex programmes. You will ideally have Financial Services experience. Imperatives:- Excellent project planning & resource demand skills Strong Financial management skills Experience setting up governance boards Experience managing matrix teams Successful delivery within highly regulated/governed environments Proven track record of establishing, tracking and reporting against MS project plans, risks, issue, dependencies and assumptions, change control procedures, supplier artefact management and document configuration management Organise and run regular RAID workshops and maintain the RAID log Develop and maintain project commercial tracker and input to development of work packages and request for change as necessary Track Project level finances and ensure the Project Accounting team are engaged and aligned for fortnightly reviews Manage the Records Management process and undertake periodic reviews of Local Procedures Manual for the team This is an initial 3 month contract based in Canary Wharf
