An opportunity has arisen for a confident, conscientious Receptionist to work within a successful company based in Droitwich. You will be working within a small, friendly team. This will include the following duties: · Meeting and greeting visitors and high net worth clients. · Booking couriers and assigning incoming post. · Word processing, scanning complex documents and faxing. · Directing incoming calls. The ideal candidate will: · Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Have proven organisation skills and extensive attention to detail. · Be able to work independently in a quiet work environment. · Be resourceful and able to troubleshoot problems effectively. · Have the ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with the team. · Have working knowledge of administrative support and reception duties. · Be willing to undertake additional duties.
