Sales and Customer Support - Admin Assistant Customer Service Research
KarmaCRM is an Ann Arbor, MI-based software startup seeking a customer service and sales representative to help grow the company. We're already moving fast, with a passionate founder currently developing the second version of our successful cloud-based software app and media outreach ramping up. We're adding new customers every day, and will be releasing the new version soon. This is an exciting time to get on board for the ride. Saying our customers are very important to us is an understatement. They are the foundation of our company and the most important part of our work. At our core, we're driven by a customer-centric mindset. Everything we do, say, and develop needs to reflect that. We respond to our customers quickly, and answer questions directly. The environment is fun, low-pressure and relaxed. We are flexible and are not looking to micro-manage you. We have a work-smarter-not-harder philosophy, though results are important and expected. We are looking for someone who is based in the United States. Ability to problem-solve, excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are a must. Training is provided. Duties include answering sales calls, solving customer issues, regularly communicating with customers over the phone and via email, and managing accounts. Occasionally, you will be asked to provide training to customers and write customer support documentation for the software.
