Supply Chain Co-ordinator
This role sits within the International Supply Chain Department of the group, based in London. The core responsibility is to support the European territory's manufacturing requirements for their home entertainment and games product. This includes ensuring the product is created, priced and delivered accurately - according to the parameters defined in our integrated production systems. This role is part a team that deals with a high volume of deadline based requests. It is almost entirely reliant on the accurate and detailed use of SAP (and bespoke systems) to create and manage our products. This, combined with a highly interactive relationship with our vendors, internal contacts and territory stakeholders, means the position requires attention detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Main Responsibilities: *Use of SAP Workflow (CCR) for BOM (Bill Of Material) approval requests as per critical path - for DVD, Bluray, PC, PS3, Xbox, PSVita and Nintendo formats. *Track BOM workability : to include DLTs, disc arts, packaging and other elements needed for finished goods *Liaise with Product Planning and/or agencies to resolve packaging issues *Check artwork report for missing materials against CCR queue *Management of territory specific packaging materials (SIAE sticker) *Liaise with manufacturing vendors on BOM queries *Initial pricing of BOMs and resolution of pricing exceptions as required *3rd party title management *Run daily Open Order Report, monitoring status and resolving issues of live Purchase Orders *Respond to queries following month end costing and make amendments to BOMs/pricing accordingly - liaising with Finance team *Review daily stock reconciliation report, resolving any discrepancies *Review of master data report and resolve issues promptly (weekly) *Review of failed IDOCs and resolve issues (daily) General/Requirements: *Support team members located offsite *Liaise with territory contacts, artwork agency and internal teams *Report creation as required *Material data maintenance/alignment *Use and manipulation of critical path system *Actively involved in suggesting/ testing system enhancements and providing feedback to MIS *Have a clear understanding of supply chain principles and processes (FMCG, Format media or similar) *Excellent communication skills - verbal and written *Aptitude for problem solving *Ability to multitask and prioritise as required *Essential experience of SAP, MS Office etc The Synergy Group is an equal opportunities employer.
