As a Business Rules and Escalation Specialist for the Latin American division, you will be responsible for maintaining relevant, high-quality and compliant advertisements on client properties and partner sites. You will work closely with a range of teams and partners to drive system enhancements, process and operational improvements, quality decisions related to advertising standards, and to provide service / consulting and education to business partners to optimize the user and advertiser experience. OVERVIEW: Manage escalation queues to carefully review advertiser's editorial questions as well as identify and implement appropriate control list updates within SLA Make decisions on advertising content based on policy and effectively communicate the outcome to the advertiser Evangelize and represent the ad platform editorial policies and processes throughout assigned market(s) and customer segment(s) Keep abreast of high risk content areas in internet advertising which may affect the ad approval policy and review process Drive advertiser and service team issue resolution and managing to core KPIs Maintain and optimize control lists and filters to deliver the most high-quality and relevant ads to the user and advertisers Participate in the development and maintenance of process and tool documentation associated with ad quality QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in English and Spanish required Native speaker and/or time living in Latin America and understanding of culture and brands wanted Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong spreadsheet competency with Excel required Skills in other desktop apps, including Word, PowerPoint Experience in the online marketing industry Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis Strong problem solving skills and attention to reporting accuracy Must be comfortable working with sensitive and high-risk content Ability to follow a defined process efficiently and effectively Ability to review data with accuracy, complete audit processes, and test accuracy of business rule applications Experience partnering with cross-functional groups Online Search Advertising experience preferred 1-2 years Search marketing experience desired University / college degree or equivalent required For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom IT Workforce Solutions visit www.compucom.com/careers.
