We are looking for an experienced HTML designer (will require a portfolio) to create a template for a new E-Newsletter we are launching. We have the overall look and feel sketched out and would like it mocked-up in HTML format - perhaps 2 designs to choose from. Basically, there is a standard header and footer. The body of the email will consist of 6 categories, and 3 highlighted "deals" underneath each category - with thumbnail image for each "deal." On the right hand side of the body, there is a list of vendors. I will provide a sketch via PowerPoint upon assigning the job.
