NRL OPPORTUNITY; SIPS Team Leader, Grangemouth. Our client currently has a requirement for a SIPS Team Leader to be based in Grangemouth. Purpose: To Lead a multi discipline team which ensures delivery of a cost effective multi discipline service for scaffolding, insulation and painting in support of maintenance, projects and TAR�s. The role of services assurance and co-ordination which was managed by third parties is once again reverting under the control of the Engineering team. The role is to develop systems, procedures, and interfaces between the following: � Construction Team, Planning Team, Project & Tar Managers, Purchasing & Sub Contractors � Detailed knowledge of the Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting industry, a working knowledge of all 3 disciplines (operationally and financially), � Knowledge of industry norms for each discipline, experience of running a multi discipline contract within the petrochemical sector (annual value in excess of �12m). � The individual will probably have operated at site manager level or higher.
