An organised and positive Personal Assistant is required to join management consultancy in the heart of the West End for a 12 month maternity contract As the Personal Assistant, you will be reporting directly to 2 Partners and a principle This is a very varied role for the right candidate, which requires an independent, personable Personal Assistant to hit the ground running. Working in the heart of the West End, your duties as Personal Assistant will include: · International travel arrangements - complex itineraries · Diary management · Organising internal meetings and conference room booking including catering · Detailed minute taking · Prepare meeting packs for team · Ad hoc personal duties · Managing stationery and general office supplies levels · Maintenance of filling systems · Typing of correspondence · Recognising and providing any ad hoc duties required The successful candidate will have: · Strong administrative and IT skills with Microsoft Office Suite · Global industry experience - dealing with international travel · Flexibility and adaptability · From a professionals services background · Intelligent, articulate and hands on · Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work on their own initiative · Attention to detail and ability to prioritise efficiently This is a fabulous opportunity for a professional individual to work for an established company with fantastic offices working with a team of hardworking enthusiastic individuals.
