MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER 6 MONTH CONTRACT DORSET -£25-£35 PH A leading Engineering Company in Dorset is looking for 2x Mechanical Design Engineer to join the design team on a contract basis. The main function of the role will be to work with the design team in order to contribute to a workload peak in relation to a new projects over the coming months. This will include using Catia and developing specification for mechanical component, assemblies and systems design. The role is very varied and includes conceptual design, testing and analysis. In order to be considered for the role of Mechanical Design Engineer candidates will need to have strong Mechanical Design experience using Catia and knowledge of analysis skills such as FEA and hand calculations. Experience of working within the Aerospace or automotive industries would be highly advantageous. The position for a Mechanical Design Engineer is based in Dorset but it is commutable from Somerset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and other locations across Berkshire. This is an URGENT requirement.
