iPhone Developer / iOS Developer
Our client has a requirement opening up for two iPhone/iPad Developers to help deliver products for their flagship brands; which are known World Wide. As an iPhone Developer, this is a great opportunity to work on an iPhone application which is constantly available and used by millions. If you would like the opportunity to add iPhone to your CV in a way that no other project can - and work with a cutting edge team, this is the contract for you. Our client is looking to expand heavily and therefore has no limit on budget, rates on offer will be dependent on experience. Key skills include: •iPhone OS •C/Objective-C •Xcode/Interface Builder •iPhone memory management & Instruments (memory leak determination, code optimisation) •Version control (Subversion) •Object oriented principles include OOAD, IOC, design patterns, MVC •iPhone (ad general software engineering) Best Practices •Multithreading •General data structures/algorithms (computational/storage complexity) •Agile development using Scrum •XP and XP practices including Test driven development, continuous integration and automated testing for iPhone/iPad Beneficial skills include: •Interaction design •Custom gesture recognisers (OS 3.2+) •iPhone OS 4 features (specifically multitasking) •Data storage and manipulation using the Core Data API •Core Animation •HTTP/RESTful design •JSON/XML •UML •Apple Keychain •Symmetric/Asymmetric Cryptography Rate & Contract length: •Competitive •6 month rolling with the potentially to be extended for up to 2 years.
