Leading Communications Agency seeks a Finance Manager to join their team on an initial six-month contract.   The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and have experience within a time/cost environment, preferably within the wider media sector.   Reporting to the FD, you will be responsible for:   Month-end revenue reporting, forecasting and planning Day-to-day management of the Commercial Finance Team Creating monthly Directors report packages Liaising with account handling teams regarding client contracts and budgets Month-end reconciliations including revenue, accruals and WIP analysis Ensuring that financial information complies with company and Sarbanes- Oxley policies Working on ad-hoc commercial finance initiatives and reports   The Person   Preferably CIMA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience Solid reporting experience in a large company, preferably within the wider media sector At ease with accounting systems and an advanced level of Excel, Macros would be an advantage Practical experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) is advantageous     Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web based job advertisements it is the policy of REDHAT only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.   If you do not receive a reply you have not been successful this time but please do not hesitate to contact us again in the future.
