Position Details Position: Mortgage Underwriter IV Location: Maitland, FL Full-time Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rates: $35-$38/hr DOE Length: Contract-to-perm Required Skills/Qualifications *Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. *Five or more years of recent frontline mortgage loan underwriting experience. *DE certification strongly preferred. Job Summary/Primary Responsibilities *Functions as a group leader in a centralized operation by assisting in the training, assigning, and overseeing the work of lower level underwriters. *Assists manager in general administrative duties such as accounting for time-off and preparing reports on the success of the unit. *Handles difficult and complex loan applications.
