Copy Writer (Level III)
Job Description: Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for a Copy Writer. This is a contract position. Position Details: Position: Procedure Writer Location: Remotely: Work from home Hours: Pay Rates: $28-30 Length: Special Project Job Description: PROCEDURE WRITER - THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION - CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE A BAC BRANCH IS NEARBY This position is "Work from Home" The location is open! Procedure Writing exp REQUIRED MS Word exp REQUIRED at least 5 yrs. Multi-tasking REQUIRED Seeking candidates with previous Bank, Mortgage Servicing and or Collections exp. Must have experience in managing 10+ docs simultaneously. Develops policy and procedure documentation by reading/analyzing regulation documents, business requirement documents (BRDs), interviewing subject matter experts and completing task analyses. Able to follow documented formats and standards consistency guide. Proficient with using Microsoft Office suite, and familiar with info mapping and/or other Microsoft Word templates. Able to manage multiple and competing priorities of varying complexity including small to extra large projects. Able to work with little direction and is self directing. Able to meet demanding deadlines. Required Experience/Qualifications: 1. Policy and Procedure writing experience. 2. Previous Banking and/or Mortgage Servicing experience. 3. Process Flow/Process mapping experience. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Word Templates. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
