Legal Service Desk Analyst / Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst My client a top UK Law Firm requires a Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd line) to join their support team on a contract basis during a Windows 7 and Office 2010 rollout. You will have proven experience working on a technical desk within a professional services organisation; legal experience is highly beneficial. The Service Desk Analyst will provide telephone assistance to users (1st line) and if required desk-side assistance (2nd line) where it is necessary to visit the user to resolve their problems. It will be essential that you will have excellent experience of all MS Office 2010 applications and Windows 7 as the firm are currently in the process of rolling out these. You will also have a high level support background of Windows XP as well as knowledge with printers and PC hardware. You must be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service with the desire and enthusiasm to progress within this role. Ideally the successful candidate will have worked within a Law Firm and been heavily involved with a Windows 7 Office 2010 rollout.
