Business Change Project Manager
A Business Change Project Manager is now required by my leading financial services client based in Bromley. The Business Change Project Manager will be required to manage a team of PM's within the Business Change function. Responsibilities: - Scope, plan and deliver projects within budget and on time - Ensure the project evaluates the impacts of change on the operating model - Create effective, informed and highly motivated teams focused on delivering the benefits of the project - Communicate and provide visibility of the progress of the project - Work within agreed standards and methods and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of business change approaches - Senior stakeholder management - Work with governance frameworks and tight deadlines Experience required: - Experience of developing and implementing new product developments would be beneficial - Insurance experience such as personal lines, commercial, actuarial - Regulatory experience - Solvency II etc. - Solution experience (such as functional transformation, outsourcing, regulatory change) - Functional experience (such as Sales, Claims, Marketing, HR, Risk, Finance) - Financial services experience If you have the relevant experience, please send through an updated version of your CV.
