PMO Assistant
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, Programme and Project Managers to administer projects effectively, assisting with project plans using Microsoft Project, Excel reports and attending regular project meetings taking minutes and actions, updating RAIDs and other project documentation. Assist in organising and administering meetings such as planning, risk identification and PIR’s as and when directed by the PMO Manager. To administer documentation for Projects within the guidelines of the project management methodology employed. To collate information for the timely production of project management reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across projects. To ensure project management material is stored securely in the agreed repository and ensure projects comply with controls specified in the Project Management guidelines and that the various project stage sign-offs are maintained on the agreed repository. Coordinate project plans and RAID logs between Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test team, providing clear reporting for Business Solutions and Business Managers. Work with colleagues in the Business Solutions team to develop and improve Project Management practices.
