Our client is seeking two (2) Business Analysts. The project entails working with the client to validate a set of estimates that have been provided as part of a previously completed RFP response. Main skillset required is the ability to successfully conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit information from the client to confirm the estimate inputs. The BA contractor's duties will include, but not be limited to: Facilitation and note taking during client workshops · Creation and maintenance of requirements documentation · Support architects in requirements clarification necessary to create accurate estimate · Creation of presentation and other client facing materials Required: · 5-7 (7-10 for Lead BA) years experience as a business analyst, specifically on Web/eCommerce projects · Excellent written and communication skills · Professional demeanor · Ability to work hours in order to accommodate global business stakeholders · Ability to travel to client location in the Twin Cities · Bachelor's degree or above Desired: · Experience in manufacturing industry · Experience with ERP (Oracle, JD Edwards) and hybris eCommerce/Product Information Management · Experience with UI design and usability There are two positions open - one more of lead.
