We are currently looking for someone who can manage production of marketing communications projects simultaneously, including schedules, timelines, workflow and printing. Actively participate in the RWD catalog creation process, including collecting data from internal and external suppliers, page creation using InDesign and proofing and distribution. KEY TASKS 1. Manage production marketing communications projects from inception through delivery 2. Actively participate in RWD catalog creation process including collecting data, page creation, proofing and assisting with distribution 3. Manage completion of French translation of RWD and main Snap-on catalog and Spanish translation of main catalog 4. Manage all timelines and deadlines Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field a plus Experience: *Experience creating a printed catalog from start to finish. *Experience managing large projects from start to finish. *Excellent project management skills *Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet customer requirements and deadlines *Proficient in Microsoft Office and Creative Suite publishing software, InDesign, including all aspects or page creation and production Detail oriented *Strong verbal and written communication skills Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
