A local construction company has an opening for a Project Manager. The qualified candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering is preferred), 5 years minimum experience in the Commercial construction industry, experience in construction estimating and a background as a Project Manager. The position involves working with software programs, doing estimating, scheduling of sub-contractors, using job costing software and reading plans. This person will be responsible for going out into the field to check on the progress of jobs, answer questions, etc. Vehicle for travel to job sites will be furnished.
