The company has been operating for almost 20 years with strong sales relationships with large corporations to small boutiques. Job description: The goal of this project is two-fold: First is an easily updatable, easy-to-navigate online catalog of our current and past lines, and a visually appealing, concise introduction to our company. The second is to create the site in a format that's ready to integrate with a proprietary shopping cart. We have access to a fully functioning cart that integrates with our inventory system already. This will be implemented sometime in the near future (6 -18 months from launch). Key Points: The visual appeal is absolutely vital. It should be clean and simple, but high-quality and exciting. Your eye for design is as important to me as your technical proficiency. Organization is key: search options should be filter-based, rather than tree-based. A login system must be in place that will hide prices from casual viewers and later on, tier the prices based on client type upon login. The back end must be easy to use: adding new content should be quick and painless. We're open to any platforms you think are appropriate to our needs.
