We are currently looking to hire for one of our clients. Description: - This important role will collect internal and external incentive data from various sources, such as J.D. Power, Autodata, Motor Intelligence, VCI, etc. - Through organizing of the data, the individual will develop complex analysis, consolidate and communicate in a simplified format to management and business leaders of what are the drivers of short-term sales performance and how incentive actions can optimize sales while minimizing costs. - The individual will also work extensively with the yearly planning - Responsible for the collection of internal and external incentive intelligence, analyzing and understanding the drivers impacting Client and short-term sales performance - Perform incentive sales performance reviews, understanding both effective and ineffective programs to support future program development - Support the development of monthly executive incentive presentations to provide snapshot reviews of sales & incentives, and develop presentations to ensure situations by models are understood and the incentive team is successful in securing future program needs - Provide ad-hoc but detailed model action plans to increase short-term sales incorporating all sales influencers such as product, pricing, financing data, inventory, regional data and provide recommendations for given situation - Utilizing strong data management, data analysis and communication skills provide support to Sales Operations team as needed - Optimize future sales through solid analysis of internal sales data and external market data. - Initiate & drive short-term tactical actions to the market such as special financing, lease rates, loyalty payments, special editions, - Continuously improve the fairness, equitability, and satisfaction with Regional incentives through data-driven analysis, benchmarking, and innovative problem solving and solutions. - In conjunction with Product, Sales Operations and Finance, manage the annual Planning Round process relating to ten-year financial planning encompassing all facets of incentives including model spending by incentive type, lease and APR penetrations, loyalty rates, etc. Required Skills: - 2 – 7 years experience, preferably in automotive or computer modeling environment - Strategic consulting mindset with ability to assess situations, diagnose problems, develop hypotheses, structure approaches, collect and analyze data, and determine fact-based recommendations - Must be innovative, demonstrate initiative and creative thinking, be detail oriented, and possess excellent problem solving skills - Must possess a strong business foundation for financial and profitability analysis and improvement - Flexibility to execute and multi-task in a fast-pace environment and achieve key goals and objectives - Outstanding written communication. - Ability to effectively present to varied audiences including top leadership, management, working teams, Regions, etc. - Strong abilities to learn and understand IT systems - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop insights from complex data sets with multiple inputs and infinite potential outcomes - High mathematical skill-set including intricate business modeling capabilities, forecasting and statistical analysis across sales operations and financial disciplines - Excellent analytical skills, with ability to assess complex problems, structure approaches, and develop fact-based recommendations - Expert user of Microsoft excel with demonstrated skills in complex modeling. - Candidate must provide examples of skill-set. - Expert user of Microsoft PowerPoint with proven skills to effectively design, complete and communicate compelling presentations which objectively and accurately reflect the situation and potential actions.
