Three openings in Cleveland, two for Cisco Voice Engineers and one for a Cisco Network Engineer.  We are seeking 2 Cisco Voice Engineers for a 3+ month opportunity. This position would be for Cisco Voice installations and upgrades. We are requiring someone at the CCNP level who has done upgrades and implementations on Cisco Voice and Network solutions and could go onsite with very minimal direction. The Voice Engineer is responsible for the design, installation and overall deployment of voice based projects for our customers. This involves both off site preparation work as well as customer on site implementations. The Voice Engineer will be engaged both through the sales and design process as well as the formal project process and follow up. • Design/Implementation of Cisco Voice networks for our customers. • Test and turn up of customer network facilities. • Working with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on network implementation, optimization and ongoing management. • Providing high-level support and technical expertise in voice and networking technology Qualifications: • Must have a clean criminal background and pass a criminal background check. • CCNP Voice; CCIE Voice candidate or CCIE Voice preferred • Expert skill set in Cisco Communications Manager, Unity Connection and Presence • Solid understanding of Routers, Solid understanding of Routers in regards to SRST and CUE. • Preferred skill set in Cisco IPCC Express and scripting, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate • Solid understanding of LAN administration tasks (i.e. user administration, back-ups, etc.). • Good understanding of Routers in regards to dynamic routing protocols and services. • Good understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP file and print services. • Strong troubleshooting skills related to network hardware and carrier services. • Must possess excellent communication skills including great customer focus. • Strong ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to end users and management. • Business professionalism. • Self motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities along with a strong work ethic required. • Willingness to travel to customer sites locally and domestically for implementation and support. • Willingness to work off-hours for implementation and support of customers • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Cisco Network Engineer We are seeking a Cisco Network Engineer for at least 3 months to assist us with a high demand of Cisco Network installations and upgrades. The Engineer is responsible for the installation and overall deployment of route/switch based projects for our customers. This involves both off site prep work as well as customer on-site implementations.
