Our client, located in Moorpark, California, is seeking a Title/Deed Processor to perform the following duties: Preliminary title reviews Will work with: closing vendor, real estate agents, attorneys, title companies and closing offices Provide detail reports for management Will track and forecast month SPE statistics and goals Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of real estate transactions Proficient knowledge and comfort using personal computer programs such as word, excel, etc Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to details Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
