We are currently accepting resumes for a long-term IT Business Analysis position in the Saint Louis, Missouri Metro area. This position will be responsible for the coordination of multiple, concurrent application development projects, which are usually of a shorter duration. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting with technical and non-technical individuals at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and requests for new application development; enhancement to existing applications, etc. These teams are frequently remote in the U.S. and internationally. Requirements documents in the organization's standard format are then developed by the Business Analyst and utilized by Project Management and Technical Teams. This position is responsible for continuously serving as a conduit between the business and technical teams until the project is completed and solutions are implemented. The resumes of qualified Business Analyst candidates should reflect 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience with demonstrated, hands-on background in the skills mentioned in this position description. It is strongly preferred that technical backgrounds include Java / Web-application or eCommerce development efforts.
