We are reviewing resumes of Payroll Associates for an upcoming opportunity with one of our clients in Boca Raton. Duties include: Process and distribute labor reports Payroll general ledger processing including analysis and journal entries Assist in the preparation of multi-state payroll (high volume) Audit employee information The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise: An AA or BS / BA degree in Accounting is preferred, but not required Garnishment processing experience Ability to work in a team environment Oracle or Ceridian payroll experience is a plus Multi-state processing is a plus Intermediate MS Excel skills Ability to work effectively with other Accounting departments
