Skill: • 8-10 years of SAP BASIS support experience in a large-sized SAP environment • Experience in SAP production support on AIX and DB2, HA environment is must. • Strong knowledge of N+1 SAP Landscape with dual stack (ABAP and JAVA) landscape. . Strong knowledge in ECC, BI and Process Integration, Portals, GRC, CE and Sol Man, Good knowledge in SLD / SMD / Wily monitoring tools and, BPC and BOBJ is required. • Strong knowledge in Sol Man – Charm, CTS+, Service desk, Service Reporting, CCMS and E2E performance monitoring. • Ability to analyze performance issues with SAP ABAP code(such as analyzing long-running SQL or reports in SAP) • Knowledgeable with SAP Business Objects Data Warehouse tool, TDMS, BWA, HA and SAP Banking Service is plus. • SAP certification(s) are a plus and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. . Good communication and documentation skills and availability to work with large team. Basis Job Description . SAP system day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, and resolution • Support SAP data archiving, business continuity, alert monitoring, process improvements and ownership. • Perform system copies, migrations, upgrades, transport management, and support pack and enhancement pack procedures • Perform SAP monitoring, analysis, and tuning including taking preventative action to prevent service impacts, using Sol Man. • Maintain and improve document standard operating procedures & scheduling • Manage and coordinate application issues and problems with software vendors and development partners • Work with functional team and other support groups to resolve system issues • Execute system fixes (OSS notes and patches), transports using Charm CTS+, Service Desk, work on tickets and alerts. . Strong skills required in specially ECC, BI, PI, Portal, Sol Man, GRC and CE, Whereas NWDI, BPC and BOBJ is plus, in-order to provide the best support . Support Month End, On-calls , should be able to support weekend support and long hours.
