Rapidly growing mid-market manufacturer/distributor, a leader and innovator in their field, is seeking an Inventory Analyst. Downtown Phoenix location. This is a temporary position but historically the company has converted a lot of temp contractors to full-time permanent employees. Requirements: - BS Accounting. - 2-3 years of experience in the inventory area. - Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and look ups. - ERP software experience; MAS 500 a plus. - Strong attention to detail. Duties: - Most of the time will be spent working on a large inventory project, monitoring the movement of inventory from the time of delivery through the warehouse and distribution centers and then to the delivery to the customer. - Will also deal with inventory returns and exchanges. - Download information from the ERP system and then manipulate data in Excel spreadsheets, specifically using pivot tables. - Maintain a large database in Excel of all inventory items and their location.
