We need a 2-way auction type web site built for a crowdsourced item "repair" service. User 1 posts request for "service". User 2 accepts the job, completes the job then offers the "repaired" item back to user 1 for a fee. No money is involved in transaction 1 but the transaction must be recorded so that at the completion of repair the item can only be offered to the original user. The fee, set by user 2, (less commission for ppmypix) needs to be transferred from user 1 to user 2. There also needs to be a tie in to Google add words (or similar) and some other affiliate programs. We are looking for a turn key package, that can handle moderate traffic. If the concept takes off there will be a need for an ongoing relationship with the developer. Until the end of proof of concept testing no long term contracts are offered. The ideal developer will have an existing "shopping cart" type application that can be customized in a short amount of time to minimize expense.
