Dental Nurse - Northallerton, North Yorkshire Pay - ??8.00-10.00 ph CRG are looking for an experienced Dental Nurse to work 37 hours a week at a Medical Centre. The Applicant must be registered with the General Dental Council. The job includes chair side assistance of the Dental Officer, completion of patient record administration, performing simple laboratory work and performing reception duties as required. The applicant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should be able to work well within a small team. The department is very busy and the applicant must be able to whilst coping with a full maintain high cross infection control standards patient diary. Examples of work performed Clinical and administrative support to dental officer, maintenance of the surgery including preparation/sterilisation of all instruments before and after patients, reception duties, document handling, operation of dental computing system, processing radiographs, shared maintenance tasks and working in the central sterilisation area when in place. Essential -Fully registered with GDC. -Evidence of inoculation against Hepatitis B and seroconversion as well as immunity against Rubella, Mumps, Measles, TB, and Varicella -As per EPP guidance - HIV and Hep C status.
