The Role & Key Accountabilities We have new vacancies for our Caffe Ritazza for Team Members (Customer Service) to form our customer facing team for Leeds Bradford Airport. Our team members are the face of our business and therefore the quality of service and the quality of the fast food our customers receive will be crucial to our success. The role involves some food preparation, hot food work, preparing teas and quality coffees, serving drinks, operating the till, clearing tables and helping to keep the restaurant looking clean and tidy. Most of all you will be responsible for upholding the excellent standards of service for which SSP brand are known for. Skills & Experience For Team Member roles, we require a customer focused attitude and a willingness to learn - previous experience in a branded bar or branded coffee outlet or fast food retail environment - we can teach you the rest ! You will enjoy a full SSP company induction so you can be successful in your role in this exciting and vibrant environment. currently 24 hour opening hours - so you must be able to work to a shift system involving an early start with late finishes and working any 5 days out of 7. Earlies could start from 0400 am.We do have a designated nights person.
