Requirements: Installation, configuration of Windows client operating systems ( XP, Vista & 7) and Linux (RHEL 3-6).- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills in Hardware and operating systems ( XP,Vista,7 and RHEL). Experience in VMWare environments. Application/package management in Windows and Linux. Patch management in Windows & Linux (RHEL). Specific infrastructure support functions (ex. Backups, hardware repair, terminal server, SAMBA administration, remote console). Installation and administration of HP-UX, Solaris workstations. Application software installation, troubleshooting of software installations. Breakfix support for HPUX/Solaris/Linux workstations. Knowledge in Network and Storage connectivity.
