Position Title: Sales Administrator Job Duration: 3 months initially, could be extended Location: Reston, VA Tax Terms: W2 Only Responsibilities: We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our new team on a contract basis (3 months initially, could be extended) based in Reston. The role will be focused on supporting the new team drives their activities across the world, whilst also managing the prospective leads that come into the business. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Sales Administration, be exceptionally organized and have a high degree of accountability in all that they do. As a small subset of the role, the individual will also be tasked with some general administration and Office Management tasks. Manage Salesforce.com implementation Work closely with the rest of the customer engagement team to ensure accuracy. Manage internal lead process for New team, evaluating all leads and passing to appropriate Customer Engagement Resource Produce reports from Salesforce.com for circulation to Senior Management and conduct other analysis as required Working with US marketing resources, be key point of contact on marketing related projects (collateral, events, presentations) Requirements (Essential) Significant exposure to Salesforce.com or similar CRM system Worked in a similar sales administration role Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Attention to detail Motivated to achieve Flexibility to work occasionally outside normal office hours Additional skills (Desirable) Marketing experience Administrative support experience Understanding of Purchase order systems (such as Oracle) Used to dealing with the Legal department in previous roles.
