SAP HCM Functional Consultant
Our client is looking for SAP HR Consultant who can start ASAP (short period notice also OK)... Title: SAP HR/HCM Consultant Duration: 24 Months Location: Midland, MI Rate: All Inclusive St. Date: ASAP (short period notice also ok) Description : In depth knowledge of SAP payroll and benefit modules as well as the integration points of this data with other core business processes in SAP. Basic understanding of the SAP employee self service module to support payroll and benefit processes. SAP experience of gathering requirements and successfully configuring SAP within these same disciplines. Relevant experience with third party products to support payroll and benefit processes such as Authoria (version 4.3) for benefits and various payroll products such as BSI Tax Factory (version 9.0), ADP, Belgium Securex payroll interface, German Elster interfaces, etc. Key Skills/Tasks (in addition to those mentioned for all BPS): Configure SAP for payroll and US benefits to support configuration, batch loads, detailed specification documentation, production support, etc. Batch load data for data such as wage type data, benefit incentives, benefit costs, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand process workflow and information technology concept Knowledge of interfacing to third party providers including various file transmission methods to support interface feeds for US benefit providers and outsourced payroll vendors in multiple countries. Apply content to Authoria product for the vendor’s legislative content updates and required content changes for annual US open enrollment. Support interface and bolt-on tools for payroll processes which includes, but not limited to examples such as, BSI Tax Factory version 9.0, Brazil and US ADP interfaces, Belgium Securex payroll interface, German Elster intefaces, etc. Understanding web application concepts to support internal client’s developed applications for time management processes Conduct user training as requested Assess the impact of proposed process changes Maintain documentation, either creating new documents or updating existing documents, for business process workflows and procedures Performing of analysis of current system functionalities and changes needed to comply with legal regulations and reporting requirements may include facilitating ADM work to change system components as needed to reach compliance Must have excellent communication skills.
